   Congenital, idiopathic
   Neoplasm (e.g., lymphoma)
   After cardiothoracic surgery
   Benign obstruction of thoracic duct
Hemopericardium

   Trauma
       Blunt and/or penetrating
       Iatrogenic
   Anticoagulants
   Chemotherapeutic agents
   Myocardial infarction
   Cardiac rupture
   Aortic or pulmonary artery rupture
   Coagulopathy
   Uremia
Myxedema*
