The standard reference date of conception is considered to be 14 days after the start of your last menstrual period. However, this is only a guide, and the actual conception date varies greatly according to the length of your menstrual cycle, and with each person. In fact, the conception date may vary from 0 to 30 days from the last menstrual period start date.
Semen can stay alive in the vagina for up to 3 days (some sources say 5 days)
so the date of intercourse can be prior to the date of conception.
