This was a case of pulmonary aspergillosis in a caged sulfur-crested cockatoo due to Aspergillosis fumigatus.

Description
Amongst the histopathologic changes associated with this case of avian pulmonary aspergillosis, note the presence of mycelia and conidial heads of the Aspergillus fumigatus fungal organism. This is a black and white image of a PAS stained slide.
