William's syndrome

Williams syndrome is a genetic condition that causes elfin facial features, small size for age, developmental delays, and gregarious personalities. It can also give the sufferer heart disease, from aortic stenosis (narrowing), hypertension and resultant kidney problems. William's syndrome can be diagnosed with a blood test, and affects 1:5,000-20,000 live births.
