Nursing home blamed

A nursing home has been sued for inadequately attending to a patient who suffered poor nutrition, pressure sores, dehydration and other infections before developing pneumonia that progressed on to sepsis and death. Negligence of the understaffed nursing home is alleged to have resulted in his loss of independence, pain, infections and morbidity before his untimely death.
