Doctors ignored unborn baby’s weak heartbeat resulting in severe damage

An unborn baby’s persistently weak heartbeat did not lead doctors to perform a caesarian. When the baby was born her heartbeat had stopped. The stillborn was resuscitated and now suffers cerebral palsy. The parents are suing the hospital.
