Boosting the immune system naturally

The common cold and influenza are expected ailments to be encountered during cold months, however many natural herbal supplements and vitamins can prepare the body for the fight ahead. These products guard against rhinorrhea, stuffy nose, headaches, facial pain, sore throats, sneezing, coughing, fatigue, muscle aches, and fevers, and quickens their resolve. They achieve improvements in symptoms by increasing the body's natural defence system, the immune system. These natural remedies include echinacea, vitamin C, zinc, garlic, ginseng, mushrooms, andrographis, and oscillococcinnum. Reducing stress, getting adequate sleep, and exercizing are also methods encouraged to boost one's immunity in order to ward off potential colds and flu.
