Vitamin B2: 7,8-dimethyl-10-ribitylisoalloxazine: a heat-stable factor of the water-soluble vitamin B complex whose isoalloxazine nucleotides are coenzymes of the flavodehydrogenases. Its principal forms in tissues and cells are as FMN and FAD.
