HMSNI (medical condition): A rare disorder characterized by the lack of ability to feel physical pain. Sufferers often sustain injuries to their bodies because of this. They may even inadvertently injure themselves by biting their lips or tongue or scratching themselves without realizing they are doing damage to their bodies. They may lose teeth because they are unable to feel the pain of tooth decay.
