Prognosis for Dyslexia: For those with dyslexia, the prognosis is mixed. The disability affects such a wide range of people, producing different symptoms and varying degrees of severity, that predictions are hard to make. The prognosis is generally good, however, for individuals whose dyslexia is identified early, who have supportive family and friends and a strong self-image, and who are involved in a proper remediation program. The 'prognosis' of Dyslexia usually refers to the likely outcome of Dyslexia. The prognosis of Dyslexia may include the duration of Dyslexia, chances of complications of Dyslexia, probable outcomes, prospects for recovery, recovery period for Dyslexia, survival rates, death rates, and other outcome possibilities in the overall prognosis of Dyslexia. Naturally, such forecast issues are by their nature unpredictable.
