Genetic-x-linked-recessive: Recessive genetic diseases of the X chromosome
Introduction: Recessive diseases are a type of genetic disease; the opposite is dominant diseases. There are two main types of recessive genetic disease: autosomal recessive genetic disease (affecting the autosomes: chromosome 1..22), and x-linked recessive genetic disease (affecting the X chromosome).
